Today my legs are still sore from Monday’s workout, and my left elbow is hurting.
Started off today by taking a little over a 3-mile walk during lunch. It was barely 50 degrees out very cold for May.
Since my elbow is hurting, instead of lifting, I chose to use the Flywheel.
- 3 Sets of 10 1 arm Punchs
- Superset with 10 1-arm rows
- 3 sets of 10 Cable presses
- Superset with 3 sets of 1 arm lat pulls
- 3 sets of 10 Dips
- Superset with 2 sets of 2o face pulls
Then went for another 2-mile walk.
