Who this is

In Micah's oracle of restoration, the remnant of Israel is pictured gathered together like sheep, and the text reads literally "as the sheep of Bozrah" (Micah 2:12). Interpreters differ over whether this points to the famous Edomite city of Bozrah and its pastures, described in the separate place record for Bozrah, or whether the Hebrew word functions here as a common noun for a sheepfold rather than a proper name.
