The Psalter is the part of the Bible people most often read at random, because 150 poems with no obvious order is hard to navigate. This is the index: every psalm in its Book, with its title, its type, and one line telling you what it is doing.
The type tags are the useful part. Lament, royal, wisdom, Zion, messianic, praise, enthronement. Knowing that Psalm 88 is a lament that never resolves, or that Psalm 2 is the gateway to messianic theology, changes what you do with it. Fifty-one psalms carry an extended note where the text invites one, covering the divine council, cosmic geography, Sheol, Zion, and Rahab and Leviathan.

Who is it for?
For anyone who wants to read the Psalms on purpose rather than by opening at the middle. Also for teaching: the tags let you build a series on lament, or on kingship, without reading all 150 to find the right ones.
How does it print?
It is laid out for US Letter at 17 pages, portrait, on a light background so it does not drink a toner cartridge. It prints cleanly in black and white, though the section colours carry meaning and are worth having in colour if you can. Every page footer carries the source, so a copy handed round a class can always be traced back.
