Who this is

Adbeel was the third of Ishmael's twelve sons, each of whom became head of an Arabian tribal confederation (Genesis 25:13; 1 Chronicles 1:29). Some scholars connect his descendants with the “Idibi'ilu” named in the eighth-century BC annals of the Assyrian king Tiglath-pileser III as a tribe controlling Egypt's desert border. Nothing further is recorded of Adbeel himself.
