Who this is
A Benjamite listed among the sons of Bilhan in the tribal genealogies, where the Hebrew text actually reads Ahishahar, "brother of dawn" (1 Chronicles 7:10). Despite the similar spelling, he is a different person from the Ahishar who served as steward of Solomon's household.
