Who this is

The seventh of seven sons of Elioenai listed at the end of the royal genealogy of David's line in 1 Chronicles 3:24, several generations after the return from Babylonian exile. The list shows David's family continuing intact well into the postexilic period, a detail later Jewish and Christian readers drew on when tracing a "son of David" even centuries after the monarchy had ended.
