Who this is

Arvadites were descendants of Canaan associated with Arvad, a fortified island city off the Phoenician coast, known today as Arwad in Syria. Ezekiel names Arvad's men as skilled mariners and soldiers hired by Tyre, and Assyrian records from Tiglath-Pileser III and Sennacherib confirm Arvad as a real Phoenician city-state that paid tribute to Assyria.
