Who this is

Ataroth-addar was a town on the boundary between the territories of Ephraim and Benjamin, mentioned twice in the tribal boundary descriptions of Joshua (Josh. 16:5; 18:13). Its name combines a word for crowns with a term of uncertain meaning, and it should be distinguished from other towns simply called Ataroth elsewhere in the same region. No confident modern identification has been established.
