Who this is

Azmaveth was a town near Jerusalem, in the territory associated with Anathoth, whose residents are twice listed among those who returned from Babylonian exile. The name was also borne by several different men: one of David's thirty mighty warriors, a Benjamite archer who joined David at Ziklag, and an official who oversaw the royal storehouses under David and Solomon.
