Who this is

Beth-anath was a fortified town assigned to Naphtali whose Canaanite inhabitants the tribe failed to drive out, reducing them instead to forced labor (Joshua 19:38; Judges 1:33). Its name, house of Anath, honors the Canaanite goddess Anath, and the site is usually identified with a village west of Kedesh in Upper Galilee.
