Canneh appears only once, in Ezekiel's list of Tyre's trading partners, grouped with Haran and Eden in the region of upper Mesopotamia and northern Syria (Ezek. 27:23). It is generally taken as the same place as Calno or Calneh, likely to be identified with Kullani, a north Syrian city named in Assyrian annals as conquered by Tiglath-pileser III in 738 BC.
