Who this is

Not a person but the Greek spelling of the Kidron, the brook and ravine running along the eastern side of Jerusalem between the city and the Mount of Olives. John 18:1 records that Jesus crossed the Kidron with his disciples on the night of his arrest, on the way to the garden of Gethsemane. Excavations along the valley have uncovered tombs and monuments dating back to the First Temple period, confirming its long use as a boundary and burial ground for the city.
