Choseba (Achzib)
One terse line in 1 Chronicles about men of Judah's line who had authority in Moab. It may be the same place as Achzib or Chezib, Shelah's birthplace, but the wording is too thin to be sure.

Choseba, also spelled Cozeba, appears in a brief and difficult genealogical note in 1 Chronicles about men of Judah's line who lived long before and reportedly had authority in Moab (1 Chron. 4:22). It may be the same place as Achzib or Chezib in the Shephelah of Judah, birthplace of Judah's son Shelah in Genesis 38:5, though the connection is uncertain given the terse wording of the Chronicles text.
