Who this is

Eliab was David's eldest brother, and when the prophet Samuel came to anoint a new king from Jesse's sons, Eliab's impressive height and appearance made Samuel initially assume he was God's choice, only to be corrected that the Lord looks at the heart rather than outward appearance. Eliab later mocked David sharply for showing up at the battle line against Goliath, accusing him of arrogance and truancy.
