First, in plain English
Son of Ur and one of David's mighty men in Chronicles, apparently the man 2 Samuel calls Eliphelet son of Ahasbai.
Who this is
Eliphal son of Ur was one of David's mighty warriors, named in the roster of elite fighters in 1 Chronicles 11:35. The parallel list in 2 Samuel 23:34 gives a slightly different name, Eliphelet son of Ahasbai, for what appears to be the same figure.
