Who this is

Eltolad was a town in the southern Negev of Judah, listed among the towns allotted to Judah in Joshua 15:30 and then reassigned to Simeon in Joshua 19:4 since Judah's territory was larger than that tribe needed. It appears again as Tolad in 1 Chronicles 4:29, still held by Simeonite families generations later. Its exact site has not been securely identified.
