First, in plain English

Who this is

Fortified town on the northern edge of the plain of Jezreel, home base of Sisera, the Canaanite general who commanded Jabin's iron chariots (Judges 4:2). Barak's forces routed Sisera's army at the Kishon River and pursued the survivors back to Harosheth, breaking Canaanite power in the region (Judges 4:13-16). Its exact site is debated, with candidates ranging from a fortress near the Kishon's outlet at the foot of Mount Carmel to a district name covering several Canaanite settlements rather than a single town.
