Who this is

Harsha, whose name means “worker” or possibly “enchanter,” headed a family of temple servants (Nethinim) who returned from Babylonian exile with Zerubbabel (Ezra 2:52; Nehemiah 7:54). The Nethinim performed menial temple duties and were likely descended from Gibeonites and war captives assigned to that service centuries earlier. Nothing more is recorded of him personally.
