Who this is

Hephzibah, meaning "my delight is in her," was the wife of King Hezekiah of Judah and mother of his son Manasseh (2 Kings 21:1). Isaiah later uses the same name as a symbolic title for restored Jerusalem, picturing the city as once again the object of God's delight rather than an abandoned wife (Isaiah 62:4).
