Who this is

Hobah lay north of Damascus and marks the farthest point of Abram's pursuit of the four eastern kings who had captured his nephew Lot, after Abram's night attack routed them near Dan (Genesis 14:15). Nothing else is known of the site, and it has not been identified with any modern location.
