Who this is

Jezebel was a Phoenician princess, daughter of the king of Sidon, whom Ahab married to cement a political alliance, and she used her position as queen to aggressively promote Baal worship and hunt down Yahweh's prophets across Israel. When Naboth refused to sell Ahab a vineyard, Jezebel arranged false charges that got Naboth stoned to death so Ahab could take the land, a crime Elijah confronted directly, prophesying that dogs would eat her body. Years later, when Jehu seized the throne in a violent coup, Jezebel put on makeup and dressed her hair before facing him from a window, and Jehu had her thrown down and left for the dogs, exactly as Elijah had said.
