Who this is

Josias is the Greek form of Josiah, the reforming king of Judah, used in Matthew's genealogy of Jesus (Matthew 1:10-11). Josiah came to the throne as a boy and later launched a sweeping religious reform after a scroll of the law was discovered during temple repairs, purging idolatrous worship from Judah before his death in battle against Pharaoh Necho.
