Who this is

Jotbathah was one of the stations where the Israelites camped during the wilderness wanderings, between Hor-hagidgad and Ebronah (Numbers 33:33-34). Moses later recalled it in Deuteronomy 10:7 as a land of brooks of water, a notable contrast to the surrounding desert. Its exact location in the Sinai peninsula is not known with certainty.
