Who this is

Kirjath-sannah is an alternate name for the town also called Kirjath-sepher and, after Israel's conquest, Debir, a royal Canaanite city in the hill country southwest of Hebron thought to have been a center of learning among its Canaanite inhabitants (Joshua 15:15-16, 49). Caleb offered his daughter Achsah in marriage to whoever captured it, a prize claimed by his nephew Othniel, later Israel's first judge (Judges 1:11-13).
