First, in plain English

Zebulun never drove out the Canaanites of this town, so they stayed on as forced labour, and Joshua 19:15 probably lists it as Kattath.

Who this is

Kitron was a Canaanite town within Zebulun's allotted territory that the tribe failed to drive out, so its inhabitants remained and were put to forced labor instead (Judges 1:30). Joshua 19:15 lists the same town's territory under the name Kattath. Its exact site is unidentified; the older proposal equating it with Cana of Galilee is not widely accepted today.
