Who this is

Lehi, meaning jawbone, was a place in Judah where the Philistines gathered to capture Samson after he had been burning their fields, only for him to break free of his ropes and strike down a thousand of them with the jawbone of a donkey (Judges 15:9-15). Samson then named the site Ramath-lehi and, when thirsty afterward, called on God, who split open a hollow place there that became known as En-hakkore, the spring of the caller (Judges 15:17-19).
