Who this is

The ascent of Luhith was a road in Moab that refugees are pictured fleeing up while weeping, in the oracles of judgment against Moab shared by Isaiah and Jeremiah in nearly identical language (Isa. 15:5; Jer. 48:5). It lay somewhere between Zoar and Horonaim, though its exact location is unknown.
