Me-jarkon, "waters of yellowness," was a river marking part of the boundary of the tribe of Dan, mentioned alongside Rakkon just before the note that Dan's territory proved too small and the tribe went on to conquer Laish in the north instead (Joshua 19:46-47). It is usually identified with the Yarkon River, which still flows through the coastal plain near modern Tel Aviv and rises from springs at ancient Aphek.
