Who this is

Milalai was a Levite musician, probably a descendant of Asaph, who took part in the procession of singers and instrumentalists at the dedication of Jerusalem's rebuilt walls under Nehemiah (Nehemiah 12:36). The event followed the return from Babylonian exile and marked the completion of one of Nehemiah's major building projects.
