Who this is

At least five people in the Bible and its associated writings are called Nadab. The priest is the one most people mean: Aaron's eldest son, struck dead alongside his brother Abihu for offering unauthorized fire before the Lord. A king by the same name ruled northern Israel for two years before Baasha assassinated him and wiped out his family. A third Nadab was Saul's uncle, a fourth appears only in a genealogy of Judah as the son of Shammai, and a fifth, a relative of the Ahikar of the book of Tobit, belongs to the Second Temple literature rather than the Hebrew Bible.
