Who this is

Town near Bethlehem in Judah. Some of its residents, called Netophathites, returned from Babylonian exile with Zerubbabel (Ezra 2:22; Neh. 7:26), and two Netophathites served among David's elite soldiers (2 Sam. 23:28-29; 1 Chr. 27:13, 15). Its name, meaning "dripping" or "distillation," likely refers to a local spring.
