Who this is

Noadiah is the name of two different figures. One was a Levite who returned from Babylon with Ezra and helped weigh out the temple treasures (Ezra 8:33). The other was a prophetess who, together with the enemies Tobiah and Sanballat, tried to intimidate and discourage Nehemiah while he was rebuilding Jerusalem's walls (Nehemiah 6:14).
