Who this is

A Reubenite, son of Peleth, named as one of the men who joined Dathan and Abiram in the rebellion against Moses and Aaron (Numbers 16:1). He disappears from the story immediately after this verse; Jewish tradition holds that his wife talked him out of taking part before judgment fell on the rest of the conspirators, though the biblical text itself says nothing more about him.
