Who this is

Pi-hahiroth was the campsite in Egypt where the Israelites, having doubled back from Etham, made camp beside the sea with Pharaoh's pursuing army closing in behind them (Exodus 14:1-9). It was there that Moses stretched out his hand and God parted the sea, letting Israel cross on dry ground before the waters closed over the pursuing Egyptian chariots (Exodus 14:21-28). Its exact location is disputed, since shifting Nile sediment has reshaped the Isthmus of Suez considerably since ancient times.
