Who this is

Pirathon was a town in the hill country of Ephraim, home to Abdon, one of the minor judges of Israel, who was buried there (Judges 12:13-15). It also gave its name to Benaiah the Pirathonite, one of David's thirty mighty warriors (2 Samuel 23:30), and is generally identified with the modern village of Far'ata, about six miles southwest of Shechem.
