Who this is

Pisgah was a mountain ridge in Moab, part of the range known as Abarim, from which Balak brought Balaam to view and curse Israel's camp, and from whose summit Moses looked out over the promised land before his death. Its height, Mount Nebo, is usually identified with modern Jebel Siyagha near the northeastern shore of the Dead Sea.
