Who this is

Pisidia was a rugged district of Asia Minor north of Pamphylia, crossed by the Taurus mountains, that Paul and Barnabas passed through on their first missionary journey, preaching at Antioch of Pisidia on both the outward and return legs (Acts 13:14; 14:24). Excavations at Pisidian Antioch uncovered dozens of fragments of a Latin copy of the Res Gestae, Augustus's own account of his achievements, inscribed near the city's monumental gate, evidence of how thoroughly Rome had absorbed the district by Paul's time.
