Who this is

Remeth was a town of Issachar named in Joshua's allotment list (Joshua 19:21). It is probably the same town listed elsewhere as Ramoth (1 Chronicles 6:73) and Jarmuth (Joshua 21:29), Levitical cities assigned to the Gershonite clan, the name apparently shifting between these related forms in different texts. Its exact site is unidentified.
