Who this is

Rumah appears in the hill-country town lists of Judah (Josh. 15:52) and, in a different context, as the hometown of Pedaiah, whose daughter Zebudah was the mother of King Jehoiakim of Judah (2 Kings 23:36). Its location is uncertain; some link it to Arumah near Shechem, mentioned in the days of the judges, while others place it farther north in Galilee.
