Who this is

Salamis was a major port city on the eastern coast of Cyprus, the first stop for Paul and Barnabas on their first missionary journey, where they preached in the Jewish synagogues of the city (Acts 13:5). Extensive Roman-era ruins have been excavated at the site, including a large gymnasium, a theater, and a forum, testifying to the city's importance in the period of Paul's visit.
