Who this is

Seleucia was the seaport of Antioch, situated near the mouth of the Orontes River, from which Paul and Barnabas sailed at the start of their first missionary journey (Acts 13:4). It was founded by Seleucus I Nicator, one of Alexander's successors, and later became a free city under Rome. Excavations at the site, now in southern Turkey, have uncovered its ancient harbor works and a massive Roman-era rock-cut tunnel built to divert floodwater away from the port.
