Who this is

Shemeber was king of Zeboiim, another of the five cities of the plain, and one of the local kings who rebelled against Chedorlaomer's overlordship, an act that triggered the invasion described in Genesis 14:2. He was defeated along with his allies, and Zeboiim was later destroyed together with Sodom and Gomorrah (Deuteronomy 29:23).
