First, in plain English

Delilah lived in the Valley of Sorek, and the Philistine lords paid her there to find out where Samson's strength came from.

Who this is

The Valley of Sorek, a wadi running west from the Judean hill country toward the Mediterranean near Joppa, was home to Delilah, the woman Samson loved who was bribed by the Philistine lords to discover the secret of his strength (Judg. 16:4). The same valley, now called Wadi es-Sarar, later carried the cart bearing the captured Ark of the Covenant back from Philistine territory toward Beth-shemesh.
