First, in plain English

She and Euodia are asked by Paul to agree in the Lord. He never says what the quarrel at Philippi was, and he calls them both women who had labored side by side with him.

Who this is

Syntyche was a woman in the church at Philippi whom Paul urges, alongside Euodia, to "agree in the Lord" after some unrecorded disagreement between them (Philippians 4:2-3). Paul calls both women his fellow workers who had "labored side by side" with him in spreading the gospel, showing the dispute was between valued ministry partners, not marginal figures.
