Who this is

Timnath-heres, portion of the sun, was the town Joshua received as his inheritance in the hill country of Ephraim and where he was buried after his death (Joshua 19:50; 24:30; Judges 2:9). It lay north of the hill of Gaash, roughly ten miles southwest of Shechem. The book of Joshua elsewhere calls the same town Timnath-serah, likely a transposed spelling of the same name.
