Who this is

Zenan was a town in the Shephelah, the lowland district of Judah's territory (Joshua 15:37). It is probably the same town Micah calls Zaanan in his taunting oracle against the towns of the Judean foothills, playing on the sound of the name to say its people will not "come out" (Micah 1:11). Its exact site is unidentified.
